Coyotes Recall Miska from Tucson

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have recalled goaltender Hunter Miska from the Tucson Roadrunners, the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.

The 22-year-old Miska has registered a 3-0-0 record with a 4.02 goals against average and an .884 save percentage (SV%) in four games with the Roadrunners this season.

The 6-foot-1, 174-pound native of Stacy, Minnesota posted a 27-5-5 record with a 2.20 GAA, a .920 SV% and five shutouts for the University of Minnesota-Duluth (NCHC) in 2016-17.

Miska helped lead the team to the Frozen Four Championship game and was named a finalist for the Mike Richter award, which is given annually to the goaltender voted to be the most outstanding in Division I NCAA hockey.
