
Courage Midfielder Denise O'sullivan Withdrawn from Upcoming FIFA Window with Irish National Team Due to Minor Injury

CARY, N.C. (Feb 18, 2024) - North Carolina Courage midfielder Denise O'Sullivan has been removed from the Irish National Team's roster for the upcoming FIFA window due to a minor injury, the club and federation jointly announced Sunday.
O'Sullivan sustained the minor injury during the Courage preseason scrimmage with the Orlando Pride last Thursday and will miss a portion of preseason. She will remain in North Carolina to begin the recovery process and is expected to be fit to return to action prior to the 2024 NWSL regular season opener on March 16.
