Kalamazoo Wings News Release
Game Preview For the second time in three days, the Kalamazoo Wings will square off against the Port Huron Icehawks. Kalamazoo lost 5-2 in the first-half of the home and home series Wednesday at McMorran Place Arena. Tonight is Port Huron's third visit to Wings Stadium on the season and their first since November 23rd.

Roster Moves
Adding to their roster, the K-Wings have signed a new player to their lineup. Yesterday, Kalamazoo signed free agent forward Justin DePretis, who will make his K-Wings' debut tonight.
Slow Out of the Gate
With a record of 4-8-0-0 in their last 12 contests, the K-Wings woes can be contributed to slow starts. Kalamazoo has given up the first goal in 11 of their last 12 games.
Skating Free
Tonight's contest will feature the two least penalized teams in the league. Kalamazoo is the second fewest penalized team in the league averaging 18.67 minutes in penalties a game, while Port Huron is averaging a league-low 18.11 PIMS a night.
Snapping a Streak
Kalamazoo will be looking to snap two streaks tonight. The K-Wings are currently on a season-high two-game home losing streak, as well as season high-tying three-game overall losing streak.
