Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the second straight game, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle the Port Huron Flags. Kalamazoo escaped Port Huron last Sunday with a 3-2 shootout victory. All-time the K-Wings lead the series over the Flags with a record of 10-0-1.
Kalamazoo has dominated the 11-game series over Port Huron, outscoring the Flags 50-11 in their last 8 games and 66-17 overall in the series. Besides concluding a home and home series with Port Huron; tonight will also initiate a four-game home stand for Kalamazoo.
Last Sunday, Port Huron proved they can strike in a moments notice producing two-goals in a 30 second span. The Flags can find scoring in array of ways and they have received offensive contributions from 15 different players.

Making His Debut
Forward Brett Pilkington will be making his professional debut tonight for the K-Wings. Before coming to Kalamazoo, Pilkington was a four-year contributor for Bowling Green State University.
Justin Credible
Forward Justin Cross is off to a great start to his professional career. Last Sunday, in his second pro game, Cross netted both K-Wings regulation goals in the team's 3-2 shootout win over Port Huron.
Five Alive
With an assist on Sunday, forward Shawn Snider has increased his point-streak to five games. Snider is the lone member of the K-Wings to register a point in each of the team's first five contests of the year.
Goaltender of the Month
Goaltender Tom Askey had a colossal month of October leading the league in goals against average (1.75), save percentage (0.944) and tied for the UHL lead in shutouts (1). For his efforts, the UHL named Askey Southern Sports Supply Goaltender of the Month.
