Game Preview

After defeating the runners-up to last year's Colonial Cup Championship, the Elmira Jackals last Saturday, the K-Wings will look to end their four-game home stand on a winning note, as they host the defending Colonial Cup Champions, the Muskegon Fury.

The K-Wings enter the game on a season high two-game winning streak. With five-points in just two games last week, forward Yannick Carpentier was honored as the league's Sher-Wood Player of the Week. Ryan Barnes, who missed the first encounter of the season versus Muskegon due to an AHL call-up to Grand Rapids, will be in action tonight and will try to extend his K-Wings season high 4-game scoring streak.

The Fury still remain as the league's lone undefeated team in regulation. With a record of 7-0-1, the Fury are atop the Central Division standings, five points ahead of the K-Wings and the Flint Generals. So far this season, the Fury are 4-0-0 against teams in their own division, including a 4-3 victory over Kalamazoo back on October 30th at Wings Stadium.
