
Countdown to Face-Off: K-Wings at Royals

For the third straight game, the Kalamazoo Wings will play a team from the Atlantic Division, as the K-Wings travel to the Sovereign Center to battle the Reading Royals. On the season, the K-Wings are 0-1-0-0 against the Royals. After tonight, the teams will meet once more in the regular season, February 21st in Reading.
Capping off a three-game road swing this evening, the K-Wings have already won the first two legs of the trip. In fact, Kalamazoo enters the Sovereign Center on a four-game winning streak and a five-game road winning streak.
After defeating the Wheeling Nailers last night to end a five-game road trip, the Royals return home to start a brief two-game home stand. On the season, the Royals are 19-4-0-1 at the Sovereign Center and with a record of 32-12-3-3, Reading owns the best record in the Eastern Conference.
