Cougars, Snappers Postponed

BELOIT, Wisc. - Rain and excessive winds have postponed Monday's contest between the Kane County Cougars and the Beloit Snappers from Pohlman Field. The two clubs will play a doubleheader on Tuesday, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Southpaw Scott Alexander is scheduled to pitch game one for the Cougars (6-4) against righty Madison Boer. In the nightcap, the Cougars have yet to announce their staring pitcher while Beloit will go with lefty Matt Tomshaw.

The Cougars continue their seven-game road trip on Tuesday night as they begin a three-game series at Pohlman Field against the Beloit Snappers with a 4:30 p.m. first pitch in the first of a doubleheader.
