Cottonmouths announce Rycroft named Player of the Month and $2.00 Tuesdays.

Columbus, GA - Columbus Cottonmouths goalie, Chad Rycroft, has been named the Sher-Wood Hockey SPHL Player of the Month for January.

Rycroft finished the month with 7 wins and 1 loss, with one of the wins coming on a shut out performance at Fayetteville. The Beaver Ridge, Alberta, native had a GAA of 2.60 and a save percentage of 96% for the month. His outstanding play helped move the Cottonmouths into sole possession of 2nd place, only 3 points behind the Knoxvillle Ice Bears. Congratulations to Chad, joining the company of Tylor Keller, who was Player of the Month for December.

The Cottonmouths also announce a special February promotion $2.00 Tuesdays. The dates are Tuesday February 14th and Tuesday February 28th. Both game times are 7:30. Groups of 25 tickets are available for all of our fans to purchase for only $50.00! Fans can purchase a hot dog, popcorn, or a soda at the Civic Center Concessions for only $2.00! All tickets are pre-sale throught the Cottonmouths office and this offer will not be available the night of the game.
