
Cotton Kings time change announced

LUBBOCK, TX â The Lubbock Cotton Kings announced today a time change for the Jan. 1, 2005 contest against the Topeka Tarantulas. The game was originally slotted for 7:05 p.m. CST and will be bumped back to a 5:05 p.m. start.
"The change is in large part due to the holidays and it also gives our fans an evening after the hockey game to enjoy friends and family," said Kings General Manager Fred Meseke.
2005 New Year Special: For both the Dec. 30 and Jan. 1 games, fans can log onto the Cotton Kings website and print out a coupon that can get four people into either hockey game for $20.05. Coupons can also be found in the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal and the Thrifty Nickel.
