
Core Power Becomes Official Protein Drink of Charlotte Independence

CHARLOTTE, NC - Queen City Soccer Club LLC today announced that Core Power, a high protein milk shake owned by fairlife LLC, has signed on as an official team sponsor of the Charlotte Independence through the 2016 season.
Per the agreement, Core Power will be granted category exclusivity and be designated as the Official Protein Drink of the Charlotte Independence. Additional partnership elements include stadium signage, digital advertisements and social media.
"Thank you to to the good people at fairlife for stepping up and joining the team," said Independence Chief Revenue Officer Wade Leaphart. "The Core Power line of products is first class and will resonate with our players and our on-the-go, active fanbase."
Core Power is the ninth new sponsor the Independence has added since the start of the offseason. The club's 2016 season will kick off at Charlotte's Ramblewood Stadium on Saturday, March 26, with a 7:00pm match against Louisville City FC.
