
Connecticut Sun Waive Three Players

UNCASVILLE, Conn. - The Connecticut Sun announced Monday that free agents Laura Hall, Jessica Richter and Crystal Erwin have been waived.
Hall is a 5-foot-6 guard out of Tennessee-Chattanooga, Richter is a 5-10 guard out of Vanguard University and Erwin is a 6-2 forward from Notre Dame. With the cuts, the Sun currently have 14 players in camp.
The Sun open the preseason May 1st at Minnesota. The team plays two preseason games in Mohegan Sun Arena, one against the Phoenix Mercury on May 4th at noon, and the other on May 9th at 7 p.m. against the Houston Comets.
The regular season begins May 17th, when the Sun host the Atlanta Dream at Mohegan Sun Arena. Tickets are on sale now and can be reserved by calling a Sun Ticket Representative at 1.877.SUN.TIXX (786-8499) or by visiting www.connecticutsun.com.
