
Connecticut Sun Schedule Two Open Practices

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (April 30, 2012) - The Connecticut Sun will hold two open practices this week to tip off training camp.
On Tuesday, May 1st, the Sun will hold a one-hour open practice session from 6-7 p.m. at Mohegan Sun Arena. Two days later, on Thursday, May 3rd, the team will travel to The O'Connell Center on the campus of St. Joseph College in West Hartford for an open practice from 6-8 p.m.
The practices will be open to the public, and there is no charge to attend. On Thursday, there will be a question and answer session prior to the start of the practice and an autograph session immediately following.
The Sun host preseason games against the New York Liberty at 7 p.m. on May 7th and the Minnesota Lynx at 7 p.m. on May 10th . They will open their 10th regular season on May 19th at New York, and will return home to host the Liberty the next day at Mohegan Sun Arena at 5 p.m.
