Conn and Dawson Named NLL Dodge Second Team All-Pros

GLENDALE, AZ --- The National Lacrosse League announced today that Sting forwards Craig Conn and Dan Dawson have been named NLL Dodge Second Team All-Pros. This is the first All-Pro selection for Conn and the second for Dawson.
"This is a great honor for both Dan and Craig," said Sting Head Coach/General Manager Bob Hamley. "They both played exceptionally well this past season and it's great that league has recognized their efforts in this fashion."
Dan Dawson led the Sting in scoring in 2006 after registering 34G-48A-82P in 16 games. His point total ranked him seventh in the NLL and his 48 assists tied a franchise record. Craig Conn scored a career-high 44 goals in 2006, a total that placed him second in the NLL behind Rochester's John Grant. Conn also dished out 23 assists on the season; his 91 loose balls led all Sting forwards. Both Conn and Dawson earned NLL Offensive/Overall Player of the Week once during the course of last season.
