
Comets Sign Jake Linhart to PTO

Utica, N.Y. - Utica Comets General Manager Ryan Johnson announced today that the club has signed defenseman Jake Linhart to a professional tryout contract.
Linhart, 23, has appeared in 46 games with the Adirondack Thunder, picking up 21 points (4-17-21). Additionally, he skated in five games with the Hershey Bears, tallying one assist.
Prior to turning pro, the Brookfield, Wis. native played four seasons at the University of Wisconsin, playing in 142 games and collecting 60 points (15-45-60).
