Syracuse, NY (September 5, 2003) â The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have signed defenseman Todd Rohloff.
Rohloff, 29, appeared in 64 games with the Portland Pirates last season, recording 2 goals, 10 assists and 65 penalty minutes. Rohloff appeared in 16 career National Hockey League games with the Washington Capitals, tallying 1 assist and 14 penalty minutes. A native of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Rohloff has played in 197 career American Hockey League games with Portland, recording 7 goals, 27 assists and 205 penalty minutes.
