The RiverDogs currently sit in first place in the South Division second-half standings, and Columbia is 3.5 games back of Charleston. The Fireflies need to win five of the six games in the series to punch their tickets to the playoffs for the first time in 2022.

Wednesday, September 7: Fireflies vs RiverDogs: 7:05 pm

Thursday, September 8: Fireflies vs RiverDogs: 7:05 pm

Friday, September 9: Fireflies vs RiverDogs: 7:05 pm

Saturday, September 10: Fireflies vs RiverDogs: 6:05 pm

Sunday, September 11: Fireflies vs RiverDogs: 5:05 pm

The RiverDogs have been led overall by the incredible depth of the Tampa Bay Rays farm that propelled them to a 2021 Low-A East League title. Tampa's system remains strong-even the 2022 Florida Complex League team was able to play in the championship game again. Lead-off hitter Shane Sasaki has set the table for Charleston all season and he has started to see a flux of power coming from his bat. The outfielder has seven of his eight homers in his last 25 games for Charleston. Bobby Seymour is back with the club, and even after a stint on the injured list, is a top 10 RBI contributor in the league. If that weren't enough, the team now has Cole Wilcox, Tampa Bay's ninth-best prospect according to MLB.com. Wilcox has a 1.80 ERA in two starts since rejoining the RiverDogs this year.

MILLER LITE $2 TUESDAY: Stop by Segra Park Tuesday evening for one of our favorite promotions, coming back again for 2022. Enjoy $2 hot dogs, popcorn, fountain sodas and 12 oz cans of Miller Lite as the Fireflies open up a new series.

BUDWEISER THIRSTY THURSDAY: It's always a beautiful night at Segra Park when you can get half-priced draft beer and fountain sodas.
