San Angelo, Texas---Brian Nichols hit two home runs and drove in four runs as the Colts topped the McAllen Thunder 13-5 on the last Miller Lite Thirsty Thursday of the season at Foster Field.
San Angelo's offense never really stopped, as it scored runs in five of the first six innings including five home runs. Mark Ramos (9) hit a two-run home run in the second inning to make it 3-0 Colts. Ramos would finish the game after he reached the half-century mark in runs batted in.
