
Colorado Rapids Announce 2024 Preseason Training Camp Roster

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. - The Colorado Rapids announced today the players who are a part of the 2024 preseason training camp roster.
After reporting for preseason last week, the Rapids travel to Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico, where the squad will train at altitude through the beginning of February. The Rapids are set to play three closed-door friendlies while in Mexico. Following a return to Colorado in early February, the team will depart for Orlando, Florida, for a second phase of preseason where they will feature in three closed-door friendlies. The Rapids preseason training camp roster sits at 33 players, including four goalkeepers, 11 defenders, 12 midfielders and six forwards. The club currently has three Designated Players, seven International Players and five Homegrown Players.
In addition to those currently signed to First Team contracts, the club's preseason roster includes a number of Rapids 2 players and trialists as noted.
Not all players listed on the full preseason roster are present with the club at all times due to scheduling matters, international duty, injuries or other unspecified reasons.

Defender Daniel Chacón is undergoing rehabilitation with Liga Deportiva Alajuelense in Costa Rica, following a successful surgery on his right knee to repair an anterior cruciate ligament tear on October 5, 2023.
Defender Aboubacar Keita is currently in Austria training with TSV Hartburg of the Austrian Football Bundesliga.
