
Colorado Eagles Win Sixth Straight Division Title

Colorado Eagles News Release
By taking tonight's game into overtime, the Colorado Eagles claimed their sixth Northwest Division title in six seasons as a franchise. The Eagles were the first team in the league to secure a playoff berth this season (all the way back on Feb. 11), and with a record of 38-12-4, have now become the second team in the league to claim their respective division. Colorado owns the highest winning percentage in the league at .741. The Central Hockey League's 2008-09 regular season ends on March 21, with the 2009 Playoffs beginning the following week. Playoff dates and opponents will be announced as soon as possible.
