Last Week's Games:

(Friday, Jan. 15th vs. Missouri) The Mavericks got on the board just 16 seconds into the contest, but the Eagles would strike back in all three periods, in a wide-open contest that would ultimately go the way of Missouri by a final score of 5-4. Eagles captain Trent Daavettila notched a goal and an assist, as the Eagles outshot the Mavericks 34-19 in the contest.

(Saturday, Jan. 16th vs. Missouri) Eagles forwards Jesse Mychan and Ludwig Karlsson each netted a pair of goals, as Colorado handed Missouri just their 4th regulation loss of the season by a final score of 5-3. Goaltender Clarke Saunders picked up the win in net, but left the contest early, as a goalie fight led to game misconducts for both Saunders and Mavericks goaltender Stephon Williams. Trent Daavettila's red-hot play also continued, as he posted three assists on the evening.

This Week:

(Friday, Jan. 22nd @ Rapid City, 7:05pm MST) Colorado faces their longtime rivals for the sixth time this season, with Colorado already sporting a 3-2-0 record against the Rush this season and having won each of the last three meetings between the two teams. The Eagles lead the battle for the Crystal Cup with six points in the season series, while the Rush enter with five points.

(Saturday, Jan. 23rd @ Rapid City, 7:05pm MST) The Eagles have several players who enter this week's action riding hot streaks. Jesse Mychan has scored five goals in his last six games and has three goals in the last two contests. Trent Daavettila is 2nd in the ECHL in scoring with 41 points on the year and has 31 points in his last 23 games. Meanwhile, defenseman Collin Bowman leads all Eagles defensemen in scoring with 25 points and has registered 18 points in his last 23 contests.
