
Collin Gillespie Named Kia G League Player of the Month

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The NBA G League has announced that Collin Gillespie has been named the Kia G League Player of the Month for December. Gillespie averages a double-double and most notably secured a triple-double in the team's win over the Iowa Wolves on December 10th, 2023.
Throughout the current season, Gillespie has played in seven games with the Gold, totalling four showcase games and three regular season games. During the Winter Showcase season, he posted averages of 19 PPG, 9.8 RPG, and 11.75 APG. In the regular season contests, Gillespie maintained averages of 23 PPG, 8.0 RPG, and 9.0 APG. Combining both showcase and regular season performances, Gillespie has achieved averages of 20.7 PPG, 9.0 RPG, and 10.57 APG.
While on the Gold roster as a two-way player last year, Gillespie unfortunately did not play due to injury. However, making his debut with the Gold in December this year, he secured the title of Kia G League Player of the Month.
