Colby Barlow Named Attack Player of the Week

Captain Colby Barlow has been named the Owen Sound Attack Player of the Week after scoring three goals and adding an assist in the Attack's four game week.

It was a tough start to the week for the Bears, but they broke the slump with a Friday night overtime thriller against the Kitchener Rangers, where Barlow played hero with the OT snipe to seal the win. The captain then followed up with a big game Saturday night at the Bayshore, as he netted a pair against the London Knights. It was Barlow's second of the game against London that stood as the game winner, as the Orillia, ON native came in clutch with his 41st of the season to halt a late Knights push, as the tally regained a two goal Attack lead.

Barlow now leads the Attack in goals (41) and points (71), and also sits second in the OHL for goals and is among the top 15 in total points. As the playoff race tightens Barlow will be a key figure as the Bears continue to make a push to secure home ice advantage.
