B.C. Lions News Release
(Vancouver) The BC Lions Football Club today announced that offensive lineman Cody Husband has officially retired from professional football.
Husband, a native of New Westminster, bids farewell after seven pro seasons, five of which were spent in a BC Lions uniform. The UBC grad and former Hamilton Tiger-Cats draft selection joined the Leos in 2014 and eventually developed into a steadying force at the centre position by 2016. Seeing action in 77 games during his pro career, he departs the CFL as arguably one of its more underrated talents.
BC Lions season tickets for 2019 start at just $29.90 per seat. Single game tickets for all home games are also on sale now. Click here to view the 2019 schedule.
BC Lions Training Camp presented by Sun Peaks Resort kicks off in Kamloops on Sunday, May 19.
