The Carolina Cobras announce the signing of DB Jhavon Williams
Jhavon Williams (5' 11" 185, Connecticut) was a beast at Connecticut, starting 42 of 46 games for the Huskies. He complied 175 tackles, four forced fumbles and five interceptions. After that he went to rookie camp with the New Orleans Saints, afterwards he was signed by the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. He is making his arena debut with the Cobras.
When asked about playing for the Cobras Williams said "I'm excited for the opportunity. I'm ready to start the journey to the Championship with the guys." His message for the fans "It's going to one hell of a ride. I can't wait to get started!!"
