
Cobras Announce Former Sharks Head Coach James Fuller as Offensive Coordinator

GREENSBORO, NC -The Carolina Cobras are proud to announce that the former head coach of the Jacksonville Sharks, James Fuller, will be joining the Carolina Cobras coaching staff as Offensive Coordinator for the 2022 season.
Head Coach/General Manager Josh Resignalo, in one signing, just added 22 years of coaching experience to the Cobras with the signing of James Fuller to the coaching staff as Offensive Coordinator for the 2022 season. When asked about the signing Head Coach/GM Resignalo had this to say about Coach Fuller; "This is a huge opportunity for the Cobras to make an immediate impact on the 2022 season. Adding Coach Fuller to the staff makes us better out the gate! His experience, knowledge and leadership will be a great asset to this organization. He will be a welcomed addition to Cobra Nation. We will announce the rest of the coaching staff this week."
New Offensive Coordinator Fuller had this to say about coming to Cobra Nation for 2022; "It's good to have a chance to get back on the field and do what I love to do, especially with a franchise like the Cobras. I want to thank Coach Resignalo, and Owner Rob Storm for letting me be a part of this franchise. I look forward to having a great 2022! "
Coach Fuller comes to the Cobras with 22 years of coaching experience, staring back in 1999 as the Defensive Coordinator and Associate Head Coach of the Portland Forest Dragons. He also has multiple years of NFL experience as a player with both the San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles as a defensive back. NAL fans will know Coach Fuller from the Jacksonville Sharks as he led them to the 2019 NAL Championship and in 2018 bringing the Maine Mammoths back from the dead of a 1-7 start to finish 7-8.
The Carolina Cobras go into 2022 coming off a season when they ranked 4th in offense in both points per game as well as yards per game. GM Resignalo promises some big changes and surprises coming for the 2022 season that are going to make the Cobras non-stop action, and must-see in person.
