Clark Traded to Utica

March 8, 2017 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Chicago Wolves News Release

GLENVIEW, Ill. - The Chicago Wolves announced Wednesday that forward Emerson Clark has been traded to the Utica Comets for future considerations.

The 24-year-old Clark began his American Hockey League career last season with the Wolves and collected four goals and seven assists in 39 games. His play through 29 games of the 2015-16 season on a professional tryout contract (2G, 5A) earned him a standard player's contract for the 2016-17 campaign.

A four-year veteran of the ECHL, the Whitby, Ontario, native skated in 191 regular-season games and tallied 99 points (54G, 45A) split between the Greenville Swamp Rabbits, Toledo Walleye and Tulsa Oilers.

The Wolves will be without Clark when they wrap a six-game homestand at Allstate Arena on Thursday (March 9) against the Cleveland Monsters. Puck drop is 7 p.m. for Craft Beer Night, and the game will stream live on AHLLive.com. For ticket information or complete 2016-17 game and broadcast schedules, visit ChicagoWolves.com.
