Cincinnati's McKenzie Suspended, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Cincinnati forward Ian McKenzie has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #575 at South Carolina on March 5.

McKenzie was assessed a Game Misconduct for boarding at 8:07 of the second period.

McKenzie is suspended and fined under Rule #29 - Supplemental Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

McKenzie missed Cincinnati's game at South Carolina on March 7.
