CHL Central Hockey League Announces Suspension
December 31, 2011 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ - The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today that Evansville IceMen defenseman Steve Makway has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence for a "Ëcross checking' penalty in the IceMen game on December 30 against Fort Wayne.
Makway was assessed a major penalty for cross checking and an "ËAttempt to Injure' game misconduct and as a result will miss Evansville's game tonight (Dec. 31) versus Wichita.
