Chivas USA's Michael Umaña Joins Costa Rica

CARSON, Calif. (Monday, Nov. 15, 2010) - Chivas USA defender Michael Umaña has joined the Costa Rican National Team for its international friendly match against Jamaica in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. this Wednesday, Nov. 17. The defender traveled this weekend to Florida and will rejoin Chivas USA on Thursday.

Below is the complete roster announced by head coach Ricardo Lavolpe for Costa Rica's match on Nov. 17 against Jamaica:

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas (Albacete, España), Daniel Cambronero (UCR).

Defenders: Bryan Oviedo (Copenhague, Dinamarca), Roy Miller (Red Bulls, EU), Michael Umaña (Chivas USA), Oscar Duarte (Puntarenas), Dave Myrie (Limón FC), José Mena (Saprissa), Dennis Marshall (Aalborg BK, Dinamarca), Heiner Mora (Brujas).

Midfielders: David Guzmán (Saprissa), Michael Barrantes (Aalesunds FK, Noruega), Randall Azofeifa (KAA Gent, Bélgica), Bryan Ruiz (Twente, Holanda), Diego Madrigal (Herediano), Esteban Ramírez (Herediano) .
