Chivas USA's Legión 1908 to make 1,500-mile bus ride to Houston for Sunday's decisive Game Two

CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, October 25, 2006) - Over 50 members of Chivas USA's passionate Legión 1908 fan club will accompany the Red-and-White to its first-ever road playoff game, traveling more than 1,500 miles by bus from Carson, California to Houston, Texas to attend Sunday's decisive Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinal Series. Legión 1908 members will gather at The Home Depot Center this Friday, October 27 at 3:30 p.m. PT before embarking on this historic voyage on a bus provided by Transportes Intercalifornias.

Game 2 of Chivas USA's Western Conference Semifinal Series versus the Houston Dynamo will be played this Sunday, October 29 at 5:00 p.m. PT (7:00 p.m. CT) at the University of Houston's Robertson Stadium. Chivas USA claimed a 2-1 victory over the Dynamo in Game 1 this past Sunday at The Home Depot Center, on goals by Ante Razov and Juan Francisco Palencia. The team that scores the most goals in the two-leg, aggregate-goals series advances to the Western Conference Championship.

In Houston, members of the Los Angeles chapter of the Legión 1908, the international fan club for Chivas USA and sister team Chivas Guadalajara, will meet up with counterparts from the Legión 1908 chapters of Houston and Dallas for Sunday's decisive match at Robertson Stadium.
