CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, February 6, 2007) - Chivas USA today announced its 2007 schedule - including national broadcast networks and times - for the upcoming Major League Soccer season. Among the highlights of the 30-game season are Opening Day vs. Toronto FC (April 7), two home games against the Los Angeles Galaxy in the 'Honda SuperClásico' series (May 20 & Sept. 13), and Closing Day against reigning MLS Champs the Houston Dynamo (Oct. 20).

For more information on Chivas USA's premier mini-plan - the best value for MLS soccer in Los Angeles - please call 1-877-CHIVAS-1 or visit www.cdchivasusa.com.

In all, Chivas USA will appear 19 times on national television in 2007. Chivas USA's schedule on FSN PRIME TICKET, the team's local English-language television broadcast partner, will be announced at a later date.

Chivas USA's 'SuperClásico' versus the Galaxy, the league's most colorful rivalry and the only intra-city 'derby' in all of Major League Soccer, will figure prominently on national broadcasts in 2007. The teams will play a total of four times in 2007, with Chivas USA's 'road' matches being held April 28 (FSC/FSE) and Aug. 23 (ESPN2), and 'home' matches on May 20 (TeleFutura) and Sept. 13 (ESPN2). All four matches will be played at The Home Depot Center.

In addition to the four SuperClásicos, Chivas USA will play its seven Eastern Conference opponents twice each in 2007 (once at home, once on the road), while facing its remaining Western Conference opponents three times each. Chivas USA travels to Texas four times in 2007, to face FC Dallas and reigning MLS Champs the Houston Dynamo twice each on the road, while hosting the Colorado Rapids and Real Salt Lake twice each at The Home Depot Center.
