Chiefs Collect 8-4 Victory over ICE

Cranbrook, BC - Jake McGrew scored twice and Ty Smith registered four assists as the Spokane Chiefs collected an 8-4 victory over the Kootenay ICE at Western Financial Place on Saturday night.

Noah King, Luke Toporowski, Jaret Anderson-Dolan, Ethan McIndoe, Luc Smith and Graham Sward netted the other goals for the Chiefs.

The ICE received goals from Cole Muir, Peyton Krebs, Owen Pederson and Zac Patrick. Jaeger White registered two assists in the game. Goaltender Jesse Makaj stopped 29-of-37 shots that came his way.
