
Chiefs, Bisons Rained out in Buffalo

Syracuse Mets News Release
The Syracuse Chiefs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, and the Buffalo Bisons were postponed on Sunday afternoon due to heavy rain in Buffalo. The teams will make up Sunday's game as part of a doubleheader in Syracuse on Monday beginning at 5:00 PM. The game will be made up in Syracuse, since the Chiefs are not scheduled to return to Buffalo this season.
Syracuse's scheduled starting pitchers tomorrow are left-hander Zach Duke and right-hander Erik Arnesen. The Bisons are slated to counter with southpaw Zack Wheeler and right-hander Jenrry Mejia.
Monday night's doubleheader will be part of the Chiefs' Latino Night celebration. Roberto Clemente, Jr. and Bob Nandin will be on hand for Time Warner Cable Sports for a special Spanish-language TV broadcast.
