The Spokane Chiefs will be playing a matinee game when they travel to take on the Chilliwack Bruins on Canadian Thanksgiving Monday afterrnoon. Mike Boyle will go on the air at 1:30 on KJRB 790 the Fan with Comcast Hockey Tonight. The puck will drop at 2:00.
The game will be the first of four meetings on the season with the second year franchise.
Spokane enters the game with a 3-1-1-1 record and eight points, second place in the U.S. Division. Chilliwack is tied for first in the B.C. Division with five wins and 10 points in seven games.
This afternoon's game is the sixth of seven on the road to start the season. After today, the Chiefs will play their next three games at home, including two this weekend, and five of their next seven in the Spokane Arena.
The Chiefs will host the Portland Winter Hawks on Friday and Kelowna Rockets on Saturday.
