Spokane Chiefs News Release
Spokane, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs have acquired a fifth-round pick in the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft from the Kelowna Rockets in exchange for forward Michael Cicek.
"We felt that this would be an opportunity for Mike to access more ice time going into his 19-year-old season," Chiefs General Manager Matt Bardsley said. "Mike is a good person who comes from a quality family. We appreciate all of his contributions to the Spokane Chiefs organization and wish him all the best in Kelowna."
Cicek played 73 games for Spokane, posting five goals and 12 assists for 17 total points. He was originally the Chiefs' sixth-round pick (125th overall) in the 2019 WHL Draft.
