CHICAGO - The Chicago Sky announced today the team has signed Anneli Maley and Kristine Anigwe to training camp contracts.

This is Maley's second training camp invitation from the Sky after competing for a roster spot in 2022. The 6'2" guard began her basketball career in her native country of Australia. She has competed with the FIBA U16, U17, U18 and U19 national teams, helping lead Australia to the 2014 FIBA Oceania U18 Championship and Russia to the FIBA U19 World Championship. Maley was named 2022 MVP with her current club, Bendigo Spirit, in Australia's Women's National Basketball League. She became the league's top league scorer in 2021-22 and led the league in rebounding in back-to-back seasons (2020, 21-22). She's currently averaging 16.5 points and 11.7 rebounds in 34.9 minutes this season.

She played her rookie season with the Sun before being traded to Los Angeles in 2020. She has made stints with the Sparks, Dallas Wings and Phoenix Mercury over the past two years.

She currently plays for Ragusa in Italy, where she is averaging 17.0 points and 11.1 rebounds. Anigwe is also a member of the British National Team and recently represented the United Kingdom in the 2022 European Championships.
