
Chicago Fire Travel to Face Montreal Impact

The Chicago Fire (6-14-5, 23 points) travel to face the Montreal Impact (9-13-3, 30 points) at Stade Saputo on Saturday, Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. CT (ESPN+/Univision Radio WRTO AM 1200). Coverage begins at 6:15 p.m. CT with a live pregame show on ESPN+ presented by CIBC.
CHICAGO FIRE vs. MONTREAL IMPACT
The Fire hold a 6-6-5 all-time regular season record against the Impact, including a 2-5-2 record in matches played on the road.
Midfielder Raheem Edwards was acquired by the Fire in a trade with the Impact on July 17, 2018. Edwards was traded to the Impact after initially being selected by the Los Angeles Football Club in the 2017 MLS Expansion Draft. Edwards appeared in 14 league matches and scored two goals for the Impact, including the game-winner against the New England Revolution on May 5, before joining the Men in Red.
Impact forward Quincy Amarikwa appeared in 60 regular season games for the Fire from 2013-2015 and scored 11 goals and tallied six assists before departing in June 2015.
