Chicago Fire FC Unveil 2023 "Kit for All" Secondary Jersey

CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today unveiled its newest secondary jersey, named the "Kit For All," ahead of the Club's 26th season in Major League Soccer. For the first time in Fire history, the jersey features a centered crest, making the Club's identity a standout feature of its latest look.

Chicago Fire's 2023 secondary jersey - the Kit For All - is the first shirt designed specifically for the Club's new crest that debuted during the 2022 season. Geometric shapes in a color scheme that pulls directly from the Chicago flag are set against a dominant white kit, with Fire red and navy-blue trim complementing the look along the sides, the sleeves and the bottom.

Fans can purchase a ticket to the Chicago Fire's home opener and receive free customization on March 4 on their Kit For All. The customization will only be available for the new secondary kit-which can be purchased online or at Soldier Field-and is valid only for ticket purchases made via this special offer. Offer ends March 1.

The Club's new kit was revealed through a series of content pieces that featured Fire supporters, first team players, and Club alumni. First team players were shown donning the new jersey on The Ledge at Chicago's famed Skydeck. Designated Players Xherdan Shaqiri and Jairo Torres, winger Chris Mueller and Homegrown midfielder Brian Gutiérrez modeled the Kit For All at the 1,353-foot-high observation deck overlooking the city, contrasting the Club's unique kit with an unparalleled view of the city it represents.

Chicago will open the 2023 campaign observing a bye week period during week one, prior to kicking off its 26th MLS season the following weekend against NYCFC on Saturday, March 4 at Soldier Field. Scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. CT, the match against NYCFC will mark the earliest home opener in Chicago Fire history.

Tickets to attend the Fire's 2023 home debut are now available for purchase. The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a custom Fire flag that features the same design as the Kit For All, presented by Wintrust.
