CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today announced defender Andre Reynolds II has been loaned to Memphis 901 FC of the USL Championship for the duration of the 2021 season.
Reynolds, 20, signed a Homegrown Player on Jan. 25, 2019, becoming the first Homegrown from the city of Chicago and the 12th Homegrown in Fire history. The defender made his first appearance for Chicago on July 23, 2019 against Cruz Azul in Leagues Cup action and made his MLS debut on Sept. 27, 2020 against Atlanta United. Reynolds joined the Fire's first team after spending four seasons in the Fire Academy, making 87 starts and scoring nine goals while competing in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy.
