Chicago Fire Academy Products Called in to U.S. Youth National Team

CHICAGO, Ill. (Friday, Jan. 3, 2014) - The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced Friday that Chicago Fire Academy players Grant Lillard and Collin Fernandez, and Indiana Fire Academy's Cameron Lindley have been called in to participate in United States Under-20 and Under-18 training camps in Florida.

Lillard was one of 36 players selected by U.S. U-20 Men's National Team head coach Tab Ramos for the team's training camp in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. from Jan. 3-12. This is the first domestic camp of the new cycle and will feature two intrasquad scrimmages.

Fernandez and Lindley have been called in by U.S. U-18 Men's National Team head coach Javier Perez for a week-long training camp in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. from Jan. 4-11 to prepare for the upcoming Copa del Atlantico in the Canary Islands, which is scheduled to be played Feb. 4-7.
