
Brad Davis and Tally Hall Called into U.S. National Team Training Camp

HOUSTON (Friday, January 3, 2014) - Houston Dynamo midfielder Brad Davis and goalkeeper Tally Hall have been called into the January U.S. national team training camp by head coach Jurgen Klinsmann, it was announced today.
The duo will begin at the National Training Center in Carson, Calif. from January 6-12 before traveling to the national team's base camp for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in S=E3o Paulo, Brazil from January 13-25. The team will then return to Carson for a final week of training before a friendly match against the Korea Republic on February 1 at the Stub Hub Center (4 p.m. CT; ESPN2/WatchESPN/UniMas).
Davis, 32, has earned twelve caps with the U.S. men's national team, including five appearances in qualifying for the 2014 World Cup. Davis provided two assists in the United States' final qualifying match against Panama to secure a first place finish in the region. Davis recorded four goals and led the Dynamo with nine assists in 26 games in 2013. The St. Charles, Mo. native was named an MLS All-Star for the sixth time in 2013.
Hall, 28, received hisfirst national team call-up in January of last year and was called up again for the United States' World Cup Qualifying match against Jamaica on June 7. He has yet to see any game action in an international match. Hall played every minute of every game for the Dynamo in 2013, recording 14 wins and nine shutouts en route to being named Dynamo MVP.
Both players will rejoin the Dynamo's preseason training following the national team camp and friendly match. The Dynamo kick off the 2014 MLS regular season on March 8 against the New England Revolution at BBVA Compass Stadium.
