Chicago Express News Release
Hockey goes country on Saturday, November 19, as Chicago's country station, US 99.5 and the Chicago Express of the ECHL, have partnered to host "Country Night" when the Express take on the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates. US99's evening drive host, Drew Walker will be on-site to kick off the evening's festivities at 5 p.m. and will be broadcasting live from the Sears Centre before the game.
In addition to an exciting North Division matchup against the Cyclones, the night will include a pre-game bonfire open to all fans in the Sears Centre parking lot, free pony rides for children 12 and under and a fleece blanket giveaway courtesy of Green River Lines. Fans can stick around for a post game autograph signing and photos with the entire Express team.
In preparation for "Country Night" the Sears Centre Arena is conducting a Facebook contest, where fans can submit their "Top 10 Country Playlist" for a chance to win tickets to Saturday's game, participate in an on-ice contest and have their favorite songs played during the game. Fans are encouraged to visit the Sears Centre's Facebook page to submit their list; the winning playlist with the most "Likes" will be announced at noon on Friday.
Game tickets for the Express' "Country Night" start at $7 and are available at the Kia Box Office inside the Sears Centre Arena, online at www.SearsCentre.com or by calling the Express at (224)220-1333.
