
Chicago Express Countdown to Puck Drop: 10 Days

The Chicago Express Countdown to Puck Drop continues today with featured participant, David Kaplan, host of 'Chicago Tribune Live' on Comcast SportsNet. Similar to the Olympic torch, the official game puck toured around the Chicagoland area, making stops with notable Express supporters. Photos of each of the puck's stops will be released virally daily on Facebook and Twitter.
The Express' Inaugural Season Home Opener on Saturday, October 22nd at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates will usher in a new era in Chicago professional sports. With the addition of the Express, Chicago becomes the only city in North America to have a team in each of the major hockey leagues: NHL, AHL and ECHL.
