Checkers Right At Home With Realty Partner

Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte Checkers announced today the renewal of their partnership with Mike Sposato and Carolina Realty Advisors. This is the second consecutive year that Carolina Realty Advisors will serve as the Checkers official and exclusive realtor for the team.

The primary focus of the Checkers-Carolina Realty Advisors relationship is to provide Checkers fans, front office staff members and team members with personal sales and service for all their home-buying, home-selling, commercial real estate and real estate investment interests.

Mike Sposato, co-owner of Carolina Realty Advisors, will serve as the team's exclusive real estate agent and main point of contact for any real estate sales related issues.

"We've really enjoyed working with the Charlotte Checkers organization and their fans. It's been a great experience and a win-win for everyone involved," commented Sposato. Highlighting the Checkers-Carolina Realty Advisors agreement will be the Carolina Realty Advisors "Prime Real Estate" seating section which serves as the team's best seats in the house and provides groups of 15-20 with unmatched views of the ice as well as easy access to concessions and the main concourse. Additionally, Carolina Realty Advisors will again sponsor the crowd-favorite "Wilky Cam" which is a video camera dedicated to shoot the Checkers home team bench area and give fans a first-hand view of what goes on behind the bench with Checkers head coach Derek Wilkinson. Carolina Realty Advisors will also sponsor the Checkers third period and receive tickets as part of the package for entertaining clients and employees.
