Cleveland Charge News Release
SOUTHAVEN, MS - The Cleveland Charge (13-16) were defeated by the Memphis Hustle (13-18), 106-103, at the Landers Center on Thursday night. The win snapped a six-game losing streak for Memphis.
Cleveland was led by Isaiah Mobley's 24 points on 9-of-19 shooting with eight boards in 33 minutes. Pete Nance posted a double-double of 17 points and a career-high 16 rebounds with two blocks and two steals in 40 minutes. Zhaire Smith added 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting in 33 minutes. Sharife Cooper had eight points, 10 assists, six boards and two steals in 30 minutes.
All five Hustle starters scored double digits, with Matt Hurt leading the way with a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds with three blocks in 36 minutes. Adonis Arms scored 21 points with six rebounds and give assists in 34 minutes. Davon Reed contributed 17 points, 13 rebounds, eight rebounds and two blocks in 36 minutes.
The Charge next will play a pair of games at the Sioux Falls Skyforce beginning Saturday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m.
