Cleveland Charge News Release
CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Charge (10-8) defeated the Wisconsin Herd (6-14) by a 128-120 score on Tuesday evening at the Wolstein Center to snap a six-game losing streak. The win also gave Cleveland a 4-0 season series sweep over the Herd.
Jamorko Pickett tied his career-high with 30 points on 11-of-18 shooting with 11 rebounds, three blocks and two steals in 40 minutes. Mamadi Diakite posted a double-double of 23 points and 18 boards with five blocks in 33 minutes. Sam Merrill scored 20 points on 6-of-10 three-point shooting in 29 minutes. Sharife Cooper added 17 points and five assists in 24 minutes, while Nate Hinton scored 19 points and nabbed three steals in 39 minutes.
Lindell Wigginton scored a game-high 34 points on 6-of-12 from three-point range in 38 minutes for Wisconsin. Alize Johnson scored 25 points and grabbed 20 rebounds with two steals and two blocks in 38 minutes. Rob Edwards scored 26 points on 7-of-11 from the field and 4-of-5 free throws for the Herd.
