Cleveland Charge News Release
CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Charge (13-15) defeated the Raptors 905 (11-19) in overtime, 123-120 in front of 3,115 at the Wolstein Center for St. Patrick's Day and Cleveland Salute Night.
Cleveland was led by Sharife Cooper's game-high 34 points plus eight assists, six boards and two steals in 40 minutes. Isaiah Mobley displayed an all-around effort of 24 points, nine rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks in 42 minutes. Zhaire Smith netted 22 points, including the game-winning putback, with nine rebounds and two steals in 36 minutes. Pete Nance added 13 points and six assists in 37 minutes.
Raptors 905 were paced by Kevin Obanor's 26 points on 8-of-11 shooting with seven boards in 30 minutes off the bench. Justise Winslow scored 22 points and grabbed 16 rebounds with five assists and two steals in 35 minutes. Mouhamadou Gueye posted a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds with three blocks in 38 minutes for the visitors.
The Charge hit the road for a trio of games beginning with a visit to the Memphis Hustle this Wednesday, March 21 at 8:00 p.m.
