
Charge Bend the Knee to Kings at Showcase

LAS VEGAS - The Stockton Kings (12-5) defeated the Canton Charge (11-6), 132-105, on Day Three of the 2019 MGM Resorts NBA G League Winter Showcase.
Stockton guard Gabe Vincent netted a game-high 35 points and connected on nine three-pointers in 28 minutes off the bench. Sacramento Kings two-way player Kyle Guy added 13 points and seven rebounds while guard Isaiah Canaan recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 assists. With the victory, Stockton improves to 12-5.
The Kings tallied 34 assists and led by as many as 30 points in the contest. The game featured 11 lead changes and eight ties.
Canton was led by Cleveland Cavaliers two-way player Tyler Cook with a team-high 23 points and 10 rebounds and guard Malik Newman with 16 points. Reserves Sir'Dominic Pointer and Sheldon Mac contributed 21 and 20 points, respectively. With tonight's loss, Canton drops to 11-6 on the season.
The Kings will return to action on Friday, Dec. 27 when they host the Texas Legends at 10 p.m. ET. On Saturday, Dec. 28, The Charge will resume play when they host the Long Island Nets at 5 p.m. ET. Both games will be on NBAGLeague.com.
