
Champions Postpone June 23 Game

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Champions have postponed their game against the Sussex County Miners that was scheduled for Saturday, June 23 due to inclement weather. A doubleheader will be played tomorrow, Sunday, June 24 starting at 12:35 p.m.
Doors will open at RCGT Park at noon. Both games will be seven-inning affairs. Fans who had already purchased tickets for the postponed game can redeem their tickets at the Sunday doubleheader.
The Champions took the series opener last night against the Miners by a score of 6-4. Following the doubleheader on Sunday, Ottawa will hit the road for a four-game set with the Trois-Rivières Aigles, before returning to RCGT Park for a three-game series with the New Jersey Jackals on Friday, June 29.
