B.C. Lions News Release
(Vancouver) A huge early season showdown with the Edmonton Eskimos and a party headlined by local country music star Chad Brownlee; it's the best way to spend a Thursday night all summer.
With warm and sunny weather in the forecast, there's plenty to be excited about leading up to game outside BC Place as well, click here for a rundown.
Game Preview
A short week of preparation won't be the only challenge as the Lions (2-4) look to bounce back against the Eskimos (5-2) this Thursday and climb back into the race in the always-tough West Division.
There were plenty of positives coming out of last week's game in Calgary including quarterback Travis Lulay who is averaging 300+ passing yards per game in his three starts in 2018. The 10-year vet is 210 yards from becoming just the third Lion pivot in team history to throw for 20,000 yards.
It will take a full effort in all three phases of the game however to come out with a win against Mike Reilly and his Green and Gold teammates. The former Lion seems to save his best efforts for his old team, so the chances of a Lulay - Reilly shoot-out at the BC Place saloon is a safe bet.
Single game tickets for all BC Lions regular season home games are on sale including kid's tickets for just $10 per game and the new Beach Party Zone for only $20.
